Bumper chrome....anyone know if it can be purchased?

Hi folks,
The chrome on the bumpers of the old smoker is looking very nasty, anyone know if it can be bought separately ie without a new bumper?

If so, are there any specialist merc breakers that anyone can recommend. I don't think I'll use the main dealer as no doubt they will fleece me. I can't possibly spend more on chrome strips than I spent on the car.
