Mercedes Command... what is it and how does it work??

Just bought a 2003 CLK 270 CDI with the TV screen where the radio usually is. Is that what the call command and what does it do?

Should be in the owners manual.

But include's,
Sat Nav.
Radio,
CD Player.
TV,
DVD Player.

Think the TV is an extra over and above Comand. Picked up the wifes CLS today and the only problem is the bloody Comand. It seems to have got itself stuck and constantly starts us off from Southampton............we're in Essex! any ideas?, sorry for the slight off topic.
