Software/crack?

Picked up the S Class last week. While the dealer was going through the handover he showed us how the dvd worked. Now obviously this is set so that the screen goes blank as soon as you drive off. Sensible.

However, the dealer intimated that (and of course he did not recommend and warned against it ) there is a crack available (he mentioned Fleabay) that would override this funtion. So the passenger can watch it of course

Anyone help me out here?

So you need to know if it can be overun.

So a passenger can view whilst your driving YES.

Asked today.

That Ebay crack will only work on the old S Class syle Command unit's,
Using the keypad.

The new S has a differnet Comand system to the old so will not work.

I dare say someone will find a way round it.

Still, probably best. I'd imagine trying to drive while watching Debbie Does Dallas wouldnt be a good idea anyway
