Mercerdes brand new SL 350 for 18 months

Deposit would be £1703.58 which includes the admin charge
followed by 17 payments of £522.88

After this period you just hand the car back with no extra cost. Mileage allownace is 10k per year.

I currently drive a BMW x5 2000 4.4 model and am losing about £350-400 per month on deprecation alone on this car.

Don't know but note that the SL350 has some silly old 3.7 with 245bhp I think; they have announced the updated SL350 with the SLK's four-valve 3.5 and 276bhp ish, so you might want to make sure it's one of them if you care.

Who are you doing the finance with? Mercedes? If it's with them then you can get a better deal as they aren't competitive.

Sorry, just re-read what you had written. The car is costing you £10,592.54 over 18 months. And then you just give it back? That's £588.47 a month. If you owned it outright I'm sure the car would lose around that maybe even more over 18 months. So on the face of it sounds pretty good.

yeah the car would lose a lot more in 18 months if i bought it new. i am lossing about £500 per month on my X5 so in 18 months i would lose nearly 10k on my X5 when i could drive a new merc for the same amount.

Okay, confirmed you have a very good deal, looks like an SL for SLK money.

There are some good discounts available on the SL's at the moment, like thousands, not hundreds, but still won't allow a quote near what you have got.

Do a double check of the docs before you sign, make sure there is no funny business going on.

It's not because you're giving them the X5 is it?!

Who is it out of interest?

Here is the spec of the car and the company details. I will try and get all the paper work before i sign anything.

Cheaper here - bonkers! Might be the old engine though so buyer (or leasee) beware.

Ok the deal is because they have about 170 cars to dump - fast. The offer started Tuesday, there are now less than 60 cars and we're getting into specced up version now rather than bog std's.

Hope you were quick enough!

I pick mine up on the 1st March, old engine but obviously facelift etc etc.

The SL changes are so minor its not funny. The real change is on the SL500. Ive gone to a dealer outside london as most of them here are rubbish.

I negotiated a about 14% off list, and have got such a cracking deal on the finance to boot. if you want more details, let me know and I will email you the guys name dircetly who Im dealing with. Ive already put someone else his way who was being offered £700 off list for a CLS in london but managed to get over £3k off from my dealer.. same car, just different service!

cheers

before you order any SL's shop around because the bonus money from MB on them could amount to a £18000 saving.
