Hi guys/girls, been lurking for a while so thought it time to join up. Got two cars E240 Avantgarde (mine) and 230SLK (wifes).

Need help with the E240 - my driver's door mirror glass has gone all "milky" and Mercedes want £200 for a replacement glass (#210 810 1021) so was wondering if anyone can recommend any breakers that specialise in mercedes, or any other ideas for finding a glass.

Been watching on e-bay, but no luck, the only thing that has come up is a non auto tint type - would that fit and what would need to be done to the wiring to make it work?
Also tried Mercman with no luck.

Thanks in advance for any help

Pat number A 2108101021 will fit, but not auto dim, at £51.37 inc. VAT. Just pull the extra wiring back through the door and tape it up.

Thanks, do I assume that the heating part of the mirror will work, is the plug the same as the auto dimming mirror?

Keep an eye on that seller, he often has plenty of bits up for sale. Might be worth contacting him to see if he has one in for you.
