problem with wipers

A friend of mine has just and i mean just got delivary of a c class coupe sport evo. The guy who drove the car for delivary took it through the car wash and the bonnet open light had come on and this morning she tryed to use the wipers and they arnt working either and the light is still on.

No buzzing or worrrng noise is coming from the motor.

Can anyone help?

Try opening or closing the Bonnet,

Or better still call out Mobilo Mercedes 24hr Breakdown service.

Number is in the Service Handbook and/or should also be on the Driver's B post.

Has she got Auto Wipers and are they set in the Auto Position?
