from what i have gathered the 430s are rarer due to higher initial cost than the 230s and 320s, however they dont tend to be the most desirable to buy second hand due to thier fuel economy, i think the most popular model seems to be the 320 followed by the 230k,the 320s residuals certainly seem to be the strongest, i guess because its the best mix, its a V6 as oposed to a 4 cylinder and it offers similar fuel economy to the 230k but with slightly more power, 220Bhp vs 197Bhp of the 230k.
I've got one too with the AMG kit and all the toys...And recently thought of selling it and had the same problem...No idea what to price it at, as there's not a lot of them out there to compare against...
However, I took a few machines out and decided to stick with it for a short while....It still looks ok and the performance and handling are still very good for a car of that ilk. Really smooth yet sporty.
I'm still getting over a Marcos Mantis...where I got pissed on when it rained and sweated my gonnads off when sunny (still loved it, even though the only part of my body left dry was my hands whatever the weather). So a little luxery with power is a relief. Well.... until the amnesia sets in and I buy another uncomprimising sports car that is

Question: What do you get extra with the AMG kit ? I thought it was just AMG wheels with a body kit. However, had my brakes checked and the discs are vented, which they are not on the standard 430 Merc (or so I was told). Was also told that the suspension and engine were tweaked over the standard 430. Is any of that true ???
