200/220 CDi

Can anyone tell me what the differences are between these two engines? Are they mechanical, or is the power/torque advantage of the 220 solely down to electrickery?

It doesn't specify what it means by 'almost' however.

Interesting, thanks for that; I'm intrigued by the 'almost' bit as well...the 220's figures are impressive, it'd be nice to think they're achievable without any visible mods...

I always suspected it was down to a smaller turbo

In the brand spankers, they share the same turbo, it's all basically down to electrotrickery.
