COMAND showing wrong CD track data - common problem?

I noticed the other day that my COMAND screen was showing track titles from a different disc than the one which was playing. I can't understand how it was reading disc data from a CD that wasn't loaded and active, and was several discs further down the stack.

It fixed itself when the next disc loaded, but I'm curious whether it is a known bug, and if so, whether there's a standard fix.
