I need genuine alloys urgently. Shortlisted few after a call from a used wheel dealer .
I'm unsure about my wheel offset and if it's staggered. It's a 2013 c 350.

Please help me decide.

This is the size mentioned in the manual.

Are there some other pages in the manual that give wheel sizes for other versions of the W204 as you seem to be looking at 18" wheels whereas the photo shows data for 17" ones? The data in the photo is for staggered wheels.

I have decided to use the stock size rather than 18 inch.
Please see below 2 options.

Can be bought at 250. But then needs refurbishment

I'm no expert, but would incline towards the first one as the listing provides more information and the low feedback is as a result of a single review. I also note that the 245 tyres on the second one are the wrong profile (45, not 40), but you'll probably bin them anyway, though that seller has 100% feedback. I'd probably contact them both with various questions like:

Are they 7.5Jx17H2ET47/8.5Jx17H2ET58?

and perhaps: will they fit my car reg/vin XXXX?

Thanks mate.

I'm also inclined to the 1st one and both sellers say that spec is same as my search.

Scary to buy used alloys though it's needed as of now.
