Thanks to all, especially Nigel(egbert nobacon) for the pointers, I bought a C200 estate as a result.

Great car and should ferry wifey and silverback juniors to school/nursery as well as the motorway runs to see mother in law.

Got a great deal, it has damn annoying front and rear parking sensors though. All a bit orwellian, so they will be staying off. :banghead:

I was really miffed that mine didn't come with parking sensors, having driven a demo car for a few days with them. It also seems strange that the rear interior light is different - without the sensor display built in, it loses the reading lights. So the car doesn't light up *quite* so brightly when I unlock it at night.
