Suspension upgrades on C220

Hi guys,

I've just bought a used C220 (1994) elegance as a runaround and to chew up the substantial business mileage I do. Got a great deal on this car via. a friend of mine in the trade, so just buying a Sport version wasn't an option.

I find the suspension WAY too soft, and am considering swapping springs/dampers for a more sporty alternative.

Any recommendations in terms of:

1. What to buy (relatively low cost - I don't want to shell out £thousands on AMG kit or similar - would cost more than the car did...lol!)
2. Which suppliers to use (any online?)

Any advice gratefully received!
