W212 E350 7g tronic jerk

Do all 350 engines of 2012 with 7g tronic have a jerk while gear shift?. I'm looking at 2 cars in autotrader under £6500. 1 is with a dealer at 100000 miles and another private at 138000.

Private seller says there is a jerk while the dealer car also jerked during TD.

Dealer One is sports while other is avant grade with sunroof.
Both have full Mercedes service history.

Which to pick? Or to avoid both?

Avoid - the dreaded gearbox conductor plate issue is surfacing on both

Is it repairable under £500? Worth it? Or the dealer extended warranty with RAC or AA?

Hard to find a better example 3 ltr merc under 6500. Hence.

I don't think you'll get away with ith less than £500
