E-mail contact addresses for M-B head offices?

Has anyone received a response to an e-mail to M-B head offices, so that the e-address is confirmed as one which gets through to a member of staff? The ones I've tried but without getting a reply are -

- in the UK, [e-mail] (currently shown as a complaints contact address on their UK website) ; and

- for the European HQ, [e-mail] (shown on their LinkedIn webpage).

A variant of the latter address is shown as [e-mail] on other 3rd party websites.
