Mercedes 2023 GLC Seats

Just picked up a 2023 GLC 300 AMG Line Premium Plus. Today was the 1st opportunity to take it for a longish drive of some 2.5 hours.
I found that I just could not get comfortable no matter where I positioned the seat/ steering wheel, to the extent my back is now giving me grief. And I never suffer from back problems.
I’m 6’2” and have never had any issues with car seats in the past.
Wondering if anyone else out there is/ has also suffered the same?
I would’ve thought that with a seat with so many adjustments I would’ve been able to get comfortable!
Hoping I can get to the bottom of it as I cannot see me keeping a car that is so uncomfortable.
