Help with boot mat clip

Hi all,

I have an E280 Petrol Sport 3.0 auto. W211.
In the boot there is a large floor mat covering the battery etc.
On the underside of the mat there are 2 plastic clips that clip into a metal holder and keep the mat in place.
One of these clips are broken and I cannot find a replacement / part number to locate the item.

Here are some pics.
first two of the clip itself that I am looking for, this is not the broken one.
Then 2 of the mat, the last pic being the underside of the mat and the metal holders where
the clip fits in.

I really hope someone can give me the item / part number or point me in the right direction.
Obviously this is a very serious situation, though sadly not enough for my wife to divorce me over.
And my big toe hurts also!

And they are available from Merc themselves for the grand price of £2.70.
