Looking to purchase one of these vehicles for a family member

Does anyone have any information on how the model years differ? I know in 2018~ there was a facelift including a larger screen?

So far I have shortlisted a 2016-2017 Sports (minimum spec) + Premium pack ideally, for all the tech and creature comforts.

I am however considering perhaps a 2018 but lower spec, given similar pricing
