Cheap summer fun - R170 320

A couple of weeks ago I found myself some cheap summer fun on FB Marketplace. The ad was sparse but a very nice seller who sorted a grumbling driveshaft, abs sensor and a fresh mot for what I thought was a good price.
Its a 2001 SLK 320 v6 auto, just under 92k with a full service history including the original sales invoice.
It's not perfect, it's from Mercedes crusty period, but there is a receipt for all 4 wings being repaired and repainted in 2011 - which explains why they are a slightly different shade (although not quite as obvious in the flesh) there area couple of small bubbles starting again which I'll keep my eye on.
It drives really well, especially after coming from a mk3 Mazda Mx5 - definitely more of a cruiser than a B road blaster, but build quality is so much better than the Mazda.
Few jobs to do and been done so far
Seats were showing evidence of their age which was an easy fix with some leather dye - before:

The mot advised of a cracking tyre, so was able to pick up a set of R171 wheels with good tyres
Excuse the left over polish when I took the photo - it was too hot when I polished it
Currently waiting for a new microswitch to be delivered as it sometimes stops the roof closing properly. Should be a simple fix (I hope).
All in all, I'm really enjoying it, still looks pretty good in my eyes, yet cheap enough not to,have to worry too much about it.
