Okay I got a W212 2009 Mercedes Benz E250. With stock wheels

I found a ad for a set of 2015 Mercedes Benz CLA45 19 inch wheels.

Will these fit on my car? Or no?

Go somewhere like alloy wheels direct online and you should be able to find out there.

Your wheels will be 112 PCD with a 66mm centre bore. Bolts will have the same pitch and the ball shaped seat.

The only thing (apart from calliper clearance) that will matter in your instance will be the ET - that governs how far in/out of your arch the wheel will sit.
