CLS63 M157 Coolant

I've searched google and not really coming up with anything useful. I need to top my coolant up in my CLS63 it's the 5.5 biturbo so the M157 engine. I know this is shared with the E63 also. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

What age is the car, as there are several types of MB antifreeze and they're not compatible.

There was a bluey/green one for cars up to approx 2014 (325.0 IIRC), then a couple of different types (possibly all red or orangey) after that date.

It should state in the handbook or service book which spec is required.

If it was me, I would source direct from MB, using VIN, to make sure of having the correct one.

Thanks both. The link above showed that it should be red which I confirmed. Ordered via ebay from MB in Edinburgh. They said that they have seen some at the same age with blue coolant in. For info the car is a 2015 MY.

Good result; Edinburgh's comment would seem to confirm that 2014 was the change-over year.
