AMG GTR opf - what reg introduced at?

Please can someone tell me what reg was the opf filter introduced on the amg gtr? Did it come on with a specific reg change or at a particular date?

Just wondering if there are cars with the same reg where some have it and some don’t?

it was 2019 for an E63s, so i'd take a punt and assume that applies to the AMG GTR (and anything else with the M177 V8).

If the build sheet is availible with the car your looking at, it'll appear in there as a (zero value) option. You might be able to find the exact option code with a bit of seaching online to know exactly what you're looking for on the build sheet.

Off topic - i'd buy the car you like and can afford regardless of OPF. You can always have the OPF removed quite simply.

or, buy a 2017 - early 2019 car.

My July 2018 GTR has OPF in the exhaust (in the same location the earlier cars have their secondary cats). Seen later registered cars (might well have been built earlier than mine) have secondary cats so there is no logical explanation or cut-off date.
