2001 SLK 230 - Differences with earlier models?

HI ive just baught SLK 230, its a 2001 and was wondering what the differance was between that and the earlier model,what options /extras were available in 2001 and what size wheels and tyres i can get on it,some pictures would be nice thank in antisipation

Improvements made to the SLK came in Spring 2000. These were:
6 speed manual gearbox introduced
Improved automatic gearbox available as an option
Detailed engine improvements
Fuel tank volume increased from 53 to 60 litre
Stiffer anti-roll bars
Retuned shock absorbers
Reduced spring travel and 5mm lowered ride height
ESP as standard
Strengthened chassis side members and firewall
Fake carbon trim replaced with turned-effect aluminium
Improved seats
Assyst servicing display added to instrument binnacle
Cruise control as standard fit
Revised front and rear bumpers
Body coloured sill trims and door handles
Relocated boot lock
Mirror-mounted indicators
Restyled front fog lights
Extended options list including xenon headlamps

Standard fit on the SLK230 was 7J x 16 (205/55) on the front and 8J x 16 (225/50) at the rear. Optional fit 7 1/2 J x 17 (225/45) and 8 1/2 J x 17 (245/40).
