2019 E63s steering wheel AMG Drive Control

Had my 2019 E63s estate for a couple of weeks now and my first 'true' AMG (had a 2015 A45 which was a disaster and my worst performance car to date). I'm pretty blown away by the whole thing (was with Audi RS models before) and it ticks almost every box and doesnt really need 'messing' with.
But-mine has the updated 2019 steering wheel (with adaptive cruise in the steering wheel functions as opposed to a stick shift) but the 2020 model also had 'AMG Drive Control' unit on it which would be nice to have.

Not cheap of course but does anyone know if there would be any issues to retrofitting it? Hopefully not and just some coding required for the drive control.
Also-exhaust is (of course) pretty outrageous (compared to stock Audi Sports Exhausts it knocks them clean out of the park) but I've seen Brabus do some-any experiences and what difference is there to the Performance Exhaust and how pricey are they?
