Mercedes gla200 temperature gauge reaching between 90-100.
Discussion
Few weeks ago I had a warning to say check coolant level in the car. I took it to the dealership, they topped it up and confirmed there were no leaks. However the gauge now stays around 90-100 degree C as opposed to 80 which is the half way mark. According to Merc. this is okay but I don't think so, shouldn't it be half way at 80 degrees? Also I've noticed when I drive faster or uphill the gauge pointer comes down to 80 degrees which I thought was unusual. Shouldn't the temperature go up instead of coming down? Is this normal or should i take it to a garage to get it checked? Is it dangerous to drive the car? Would it be damaging the car?
