AMG gt transmission oil cooling malfunction

Just had this message displayed, I can’t find anything online or any drawing or pictures, has anyone else had this,

Have you checked both coolant tanks

There's the one which is the usual "Main" one, but then there is a smaller on which is used to cool the transmission, ( i have both on my W205 C63 same engine) - ive just googled yours, and your main one looks to be in the middle (black tank), and just to the left of that is the smaller (white/see through) one what will cool the tranny. - it may be that the white one is empty



These cars/engines are prone to suffering stone damage on the coolers sadly, so firstly check both tanks, and re fill if required and monitor, if it goes down again quickly its worth checking the coolers for damage/leaks

Thanks Danny, I had checked lots of more clever things but hadn't considered that the levels could be low and it's a misleading message.
