Owners clubs (ones with event club stands etc)

Are any of you members of any Mercedes owners clubs?
I'm not really interested in the meets, more the large events such as Silverstone classic etc.
I used to attend infield with my old TVR as part of the TVRCC - discounted tickets plus club stand entry which usually paid for my membership. What Mercedes clubs are good for this?
