Mercedes GL350 AMG "active bonnet malfuntion"

Can anyone help please I have a 2013 GL and I have an error on the dash saying "Active Bonnet Malfunction" and after getting this checked I was advised that there are 3 sensors on the front of the car and its the middle one that faulty. I have since purchased a new one but I am now struggling to fit it as I can't locate the existing one.

So could some please help and direct me to it please and also advise what I need to take apart or can I replace the part with minimal effort

Any help advise would be extremly helpful
