Mercedes Diagnostics & Repair - Coventry/West Midlands
Discussion
Hi all,
Hoping for a bit of advice of behalf of a friend please. He recently purchased a Mercedes C63 AMG (2015 reg) and the engine management light has turned on after a month or so of driving. The car has previously had a driveshaft changed and he's worried just driving the car to a location for diagnostics/repair could potentially cause more issues or damage.
Would it be possible to get some recommendations on a Mercedes specialist/technician in the Coventry/West Midlands area please? He is considering the dealer but at the moment, its a last resort option as he is aware of the costs involved.
Looking forward to any advice.
Thanks

Has it been serviced by Mercedes in the last 12 months? If so, just press the spanner button in the car and request roadside assistance attend. They’ll send an MB Customer Service van out fully equipped with Xentry and tell you what’s wrong with it. They’ll tow it to the dealer if necessary (and you want them to) and give you a hire car FOC too.
As it's an AMG, I'd take it to MSL > https://forums.mbclub.co.uk/threads/acid-and-msl-p... < Acid and his team know their stuff.
