ABC suspension guru's? Need a bit of help

My brother has a CL500 (215) It has an ABC error which Im trying to fix however, when I jacked it up last weekend, one wheel sagged.
Jacking from the front the left side rear wheel collapses, jacking from the rear and the front right wheel collapses. To me it looks like a valve body issue, would any enlightened members have an idea which one?
Theres no error codes related to valve blocks. Cheers
