How much are they from a main dealer, and how much are you willing to pay?

My approach is to find out the part number, put it in to Google and see where it takes me.

Assuming it's not on ceramics, it looks like the part# for the original discs is 2124210512.

https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/brake-disc-101...

There's a couple of aftermarket suppliers about, but tbh I'd probably not bother with them.

However, a bit more googling around suggests that you *might* be able to fit the Brembo floating discs found on some of the other AMG models, which are also sharing the same part# - https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/brake-disc-front-... Also available a bit cheaper from Autodoc if you want to take the risk of faff for returning them if they don't fit: https://www.autodoc.co.uk/brembo/7611766

The specs overall look exactly the same (PCD, width/diameter) , but it's not explicitly identical to the original style.

Edit: You might be able to get the calipers out and check the current discs against the Brembo items:

Build it and they will come!

Thanks for the help chaps, really helpful!

Mercedes want £1200 for the pair found them on line for just under £500.

The spec sheet posted there is not quote right though as the front discs on a GT are 390mm not 360mm i think that for a rear.

This is what im thinking of going with, whats your thoughts?

Sorry I'd mixed up front and rear half way through, they look spot on to me.

I see you're Herts based - have a chat with A1BMW in Stevenage. They have seen me right a number of times...

i ended up buying them from auto doc on line,

if you search Brembo 09931333 you will find a number of places but auto doc seem to be the cheapest.

you wont always find them listed for a merc GT but the part number is correct for the car.

they turned up yesterday and look the ticket.
