A/C squeaking & blowing warmish..!!!!!

Hi all.
Very Recently had my A/C re gassed.
All was fine when I left the garage, no noise & blowing cold as it should.
Couple of weeks ago started blowing not so cold(warmer) also, from in side the car I can hear what can only be described as a squeaking, hi pitched noise when I turn the A/C on.
Does any body have idea what the problem could be.
My Merc specialised thinks it could be a leak, was leak tested at time of re-gas.
Or, could be a new compressor.
Any help, ideas would be great.
