Are coolant low and washer fluid low errors linked in an way?
I've topped up both and both the errors are still showing on dashboard.
I now know both are full to the brim.

I’ve no experience with a CLK, but I removed the washer reservoir for cleaning in my 97 SL, and when I moved the car the low washer fluid (as expected) warning came on but so did the low coolant warning (the level was fine); both went off when I refitted the washer reservoir.

Certainly there are models where the circuitry is connected and the error messages can then come on in tandem even though only one is at fault. Exactly which models this affects you'd need to do a bit of digging. MBClub would be a good place to ask.

Yes they are linked.

I can’t remember exactly how (sorry) but seem to remember topping up one when the issue was the other.
