2016 W213: Unlock and start from phone?

I recently bought a 2016 W213 E220d. With Comand if that makes a difference.

Sadly the car only came with one key and I am getting the impression that it will be very expensive to buy another.

Is anybody able to tell me what I should be able to do with the Mercedes Me app? New V5 has now arrived and I need to go to the dealer to register the car in the app.

If I could start / lock / unlock the car using my phone I would be happy to have the phone as a backup, rather than a spare key. If not I think I will just go ahead and get the key.

Was the car sufficiently cheap due to the missing key. Why didnt you knock the seller down on the price so you could buy another key?
