Airmatic pressure release valve open circuit

Yesterday and today I had the "visit workshop" message pop up with a picture of a car with an arrow pointing upwards. I plugged my iCarsoft in this evening and got the code 5359 A9/1Y1 "Airmatic pressure release valve: open circuit". Car seems to be at normal ride-height, no sagging, no compressor whirring away etc.

A bit of googling suggests the first step is to check the connector into the pressure release valve and reterminate if damaged. Does anyone know which side of the car the airmatic compressor is on a RHD W211 E500? Is the connector available separately if the damage is too close to the connector to solder and heatshrink?

Should I try anything else?
