Mercedes E250 2013 - Stuck in sport mode -level Senser fault

Hi all

So having an issue with our 2013 E250 Coupe

Since having the tracking done it starts with gearbox in eco mode but after driving a few yards it automatically skips into sports mode and it won’t switch off unless restarted and again goes into sports when you start driving.

Taken it to a local garage where the diagnostics showed a fault

C156F - Plausibility - Ride level sensors - Intermittent

After having a quick look we found that there is a small plastic arm which has broken. We have looked online and can’t seem to find what this part is and it doesn’t look to be part of the sensor assembly.

Does anyone have any idea what this part is?
Or anyone had the same issue?

That looks a lot like a ride level sensor linkage arm.

Looked very similar to the one on my CLS that had air suspension.
