diesel group legal claims ? has anyone done it

hello has anyone joined one of the no pay no win claims against diesel mods ? i have MB diesel and the lawyers are tying to set up a group action like they did with VW ..

I had both a Passat an Octavia, both had the performance and economy advertised so I suffered no loss.

Has this sort of thing demonstrably caused any consumers material loss? Is there proof that it has actually devalued a car come resale. It's the latest PPI thing that will no doubt be very popular on awful new build estates and get spent on sex ponds or trampolines. Judgemental, moi?

I had signed up for the VAG claim.
Bought my 2012 Octavia vRS diesel in 2013 for £15k. When I sold the car in 2019 for £6.5k I decided I had suffered no loss & withdraw from the action.

Hahahaaa! I forgot all about that thread - that guy was utterly oblivious to the blatant piss-taking going on there. I can see him now, on the phone to Merc demanding his brand new car because "some bloke on the internet said he had got one".

It could, of course, have been some weapons grade reverse troll, but somehow I doubt it.
