Mercedes Inspection Southampton/Brighton

Hi Pistonheaders,

Can anyone recommend a good Mercedes specialist to do an inspection on a Mercedes in the South of England, south of London, between Brighton and Southampton.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Have you considered PCS at Horndean?

They have quite a following, including myself. Olly is great and holds an annual event to support charity.

I get my annual service done there - take a day off and take the OH to Gunwharf Quays. Although I'm not sure I'm saving anything since the OH spends more on shopping than I am saving on using a Specialist

John Haynes Worthing. They service modern & classic Mercedes, many of the latter shipped to Worthing from all over the world. ALL their staff & the owner are Mercedes factory trained & have exactly the same access to factory records etc as main dealers.

It might be a bit out of your way but Rob at KeylinkSAS in Woodmancott near Basingstoke/Micheldever is very thorough. You’ll have to take the car to his premises though.

Got it inspected by MercServices, not cheap but well worthwhile.
Detailed report which after a chatwith my mechanic was enough to make me walk away.

Which model were you looking at??

Was looking at a "mint" CLK 55 which only needed another 4grand on top of th asking price to leave it right.
£200 inspection was money very well spent.
