Importing W124 to UK

Hi All,
After a long drive home I am now a proud owner of a 500E
ive got a few things that need to be looked into but priority one is getting it registered with the DVLA.
does any one have a list of items that need to be changed to get it ready for MOT.
I have re a set of uk rear lights but when testing them it looks like the wiring needs to be changed as well? any other items i should be looking at apart from headlights.
