can you retrofit options at MB service centers ?

hello i ma looking at 2014 ish e6s estates

there are a few s models about

i was wondering if i buy a standard e63 can i take it to the MB service centre and pay to get it upgraded to S spec or can this only be done at time of construction ?

and if it can be done would the car then be an official e63s and could be registered as one ?

I would have thought, it would be cheaper to just buy the 63s.

Then you would have a proper out of the box one👍

Someone else might come along who knows more about this than me.

But that’s my thoughts on it.

I have a C63. Like yours, love the driving experience that these engines bring.

It would not be cost effective to pay for the upgrades at a mercedes garage, if you want an S then far cheaper to buy one from the start.

Even if you did have all the upgrades done then it would not be registered as an S, it would stay as a non-S.
