64 Plate Merc C Class or E Class?

Hi guys - looking for a Euro 6 saloon. Budget is around £13k. Wondering whether to get the C Class or E Class. C Class is on the newer platform whereas the E Class is cheaper.

I'd get a high mileage W213 E-Class for around £13,500.

There's an SE on Auto Trader for £13,000 and a AMG Line for £16,000.
