Mercedes Benz A200D Auto AMG Line 2017

Hi All,
Looking for some advice about my Mercedes. In September 2017 I started a lease on a A200D, lovely car delivered and happy with it.
In February 2018 it started to play up, by this the gearbox juddering and stalling. Called the Mercedes garage that is local to me and they checked it out, apart from the usual 'we've plugged it in and there is no error codes found' there was nothing else of note, apart from an interesting video from their 'Head' technician who stated that a noise that I also reported was due to a DPF regeneration and during this the car heats up to over 3000 degrees and could make a rattling noise. Since February 2018 the car has been in and out the garage on a monthly basis, at points by choice and driven in by myself and other times delivered on the back of a recovery truck. Mercedes are refusing to admit that there is a fault with the car. The latest issue occurred last weekend when the car stalled as I pulled away from a set of traffic lights with both Parents and other half in the car, all of which were pretty shook up by the incident as it near caused a serious accident.
I have been in contact with Gary Savages office who has stated that they are not willing to do any thing about this as they cannot find the fault with the car. My argument at the moment is that the car is not safe to be driven and could well cause a serious accident at some point in time, they are not willing to accept and responsibility for that should it happen either.
I really don't know where to go now with this, the car still has 9 months of warranty left on it however, I am getting slightly bored waiting at the side of the road for the car to be recovered every 2-4 weeks.
Surely a company can't just say that because they cannot see a fault there is nothing wrong with the car? if so thats like saying if I shoot someone but I did it with my eyes closed it didn't happen.....
Thoughts would be appreciated.
