Anyone changed a heater fan in RHD W245 B class?

Hi,

Our B class has the hamster wheel squeak in the heater fan. I've tried spraying WD40 down it, with the pollen filter removed, including using hose to get it to different parts of the fan but it didn't work.

I have done lots of searches and have found instructions for LHD W245s and RHD A classes but I can't find experiences for a RHD W245 b class. (Ours is a 200 Turbo if that makes a difference.)
