AMG C63 V8 insurance.

Hi .

My C63 is due for its insurance renewal soon.

Can anyone recommend a good insurance company ‘please.

Currently with AViva who have given quite a good renewal quote,but always ring around to see if Ivan beat it, rather than thinking that will do👍

You probably don't want to hear this.....but any insurance company recommended by others will have little or no relevance to yourself, because car insurance is highly individual so you will NEVER get a like for like comparison.
It means nothing if somebody has had a good price from a particular company, so if you also receive a good price then it will be purely coincidental.
You are already reasonably happy with your renewal, but its not hard to compare with other companies to make sure..

No.

You ring Aviva and tell them as a loyal customer you are not happy with it.

They may say tough, but in my experience they are prepared to come down a bit.

I have six policies for various stuff with them.

Try Go Compare and Compare the market. That will cover off almost all options. Or ring Aviva and tell them you have a quote for £50 less with who ever comes up cheapest on one of the comparisons.

I use NFU Mutual. £483 last year fully comp with protected NCB. 6k miles/year, parked on the drive in a low risk postcode.

Always check all the comparison websites no matter what your renewal. I'm with LV. Was for my BMW 430D. I used the last couple of months on the C63 CLS AMG plus. At renewal they quoted £463 for 6k miles, SDP, wife on policy. Both clean licences etc.

I got the best comparison price through Moneysavingexpert comparison and it was LV at £372. For 10k and including commuting!! So better insurance, same company, nearly 25% cheaper....!!

I called LV and reluctantly they agreed the much lower renewal!!
