Service Bulletin on intercooler protective mesh screen?

It seems our American friends are going to enjoy a service bulletin where some models are going to get protective mesh screens for intercooler on some models. Any know if UK dealers are going to do the same thing ?

I know that my GTR really needs these. They’re cheap to buy, but expensive to install.
