W220 Price List

Hi all

I am doing a video feature on the W220 - and I wonder if anyone happens to have a price list for them from new?

I found a few prices but they aren't particularly detailed, so if anyone has a copy of the original brochures that'd be great.

Ideally I'm looking for circa 1999 prices but I am flexible
