W204 C63 warranties: what are people paying?

As above, I interested in people that have elected to continue to run the Mercedes approved warranty product. Not looking for any aftermarket warranty information.
From memory, the original warranties dropped their renewal rate after 12 months and could be moved to a monthly payment. Is that still the case? I also seem to recall the cost after 60k going up massively. It may also be that there is a 10 year age limit too, although I may be confusing with the BMW warranty.
As an example, I just ran a quote on the:

Page for a 2011 C63 with 50k on the clock. It came back with £2,875 with no excess. That is a bit strong but might look better if the renewal were significantly lower.
