Anyone got any opinions on these, I've just been looking over one and they look fabulous. I've sure they go like stink as well, but there has been a lot of bad press about Merc reliability and service recently so I thought I'd get the opinions of the truely knowledgable!!

Also interested in comparisons with the Jag XKR if anyone has driven both

If you get one, make sure it's a post '99 model (check exact date) as they have 30 year anti-corrosion warranty. Sounds daft, but they can rust a bit.
I was in one (not driving) at the launch. Sounded great and went superbly well. Didn't look quite like a £60k car should inside, but since you wouldn't be paying new price it'll be good enough surely!

Make sure you get back and say what you have done - I am hankering for a C43 wagon at the moment...
