I think it is called the value service and is for cars over 7 years old.

6 year old E350CDI estate service B: £550+ at the main dealer (oooh - that is the expensive one, sir! Would you like to take out a service plan?) and keep mobilio going OR £280 incl the MOT and pollen filters at my local STAR equipped specialist. And add breakdown cover to my car insurance for less than 100 quid.

Free courtesy car, lots of really interesting Mercs in there and I get a chance to chat to the mechanic that does the work.

No brainer.
