Lorinser C140 CL600 - Specs?

Hi all,

I am musing over a 1994 C140 Lorinser CL600. Its a very low mile car which appears to be in very good nick and is cheap.

In all honesty I am only really interested in the low mileage running gear for transplant. However I think it could be rather fun to waft about in it as-is for a good while.

Does anyone have any info. as to what a Lorinser conversion entailed on these cars? Was it purely styling or was there a power hike as well?

I don't know for certain but I thought it was just cosmetic

Yeah same shape but with smaller dia less bling wheels (still lorinser) and is badged inside as well as out. The one i’m looking at looks minty mint, less than 20k miles, and also has a period crazy jdm stereo.

I had a 1992 e500 with a Lorinser Conversion, the dash had Lorinser dials the gearsift was Lorinser engraved and all of the bodywork had been changed with the front & rear bumper being changed for Lorinser.
