CLK dash issue

Hello All

My colleague as a CLK 270 2004 and something strange is happening

The car is driving beautifully but the dash is causing issues.

For some reason the clock move forward two hours and even if the time is reset, a short time later it will be two hours forwards again.
this morning the analogue display was showing 20mph when the cruise control was set working and set at about 70mph.
\When the car was stationary the analogue display was showing 80mph.

I was informed the battery was changed within the last 4 months

Is this a common fault on those car?
Where do we start looking for the fault?

I don't know about the other issues but the clock jumping two hours happened last autumn to a friend's and my CLKs. The date went all to heck at the same time.
We enquired when it happened and were told it was a software issue and nothing could be done
